These services include both Desktop & Server support (4hr Failover Response time).

1. Full Remote Support Package

Full Remote support includes all Telephone and Remote support. With remote support we actually log on to your computer from our office, where we fix and talk you through the problems as you watch. This package covers an unlimited amount of calls, each call has a fifteen-minute resolve time.

2. Full Onsite Support Package

Full onsite means onsite visits. One or more of our engineers will attend your site to fix whatever problems you are experiencing.
This package entitles you to two support calls per month, each call has an unlimited time limit and is not closed until the call is fully resolved. Full Onsite Support Packages includes the Full Remote Support Package also. If a site contains Servers and a Server Maintenance contract is required, one of your calls can be used for this purpose, which covers all basic server maintenance such as backups, updates, imaging, etc.

3. Ad-Hoc Onsite Support Package

This is a Pay As You Go Onsite support service.
